


Y’all, this is one of my top 5 favorite recipes of all time! I discovered it on Perry’s Plate(recipe linked HERE) a few years ago and make it every chance I get. This recipe introduced me to so many things… like poblano peppers and grapeseed oil {truth, I never used either before this}. Both are ingredients I try to incorporate into my cooking more because of this delectable dish. Take a look! Better yet… take a bite!!
Mmmmmmm….. Had this recipe bookmarked forever! Finally tried it tonight. It was delicious! Can not wait for the leftovers tomorrow. All of the ingredients melded together to result in a delight for the taste buds.
