Chicken is one of my favorite things to cook, and I cook it a lot. Because of that, I am always looking for new ways change up my go-to protein–which can be a challenge on a budget and time crunch. Well, I found this on GiveMeSomeOven(recipe linked HERE) and it is life-changing! It is so easy and delicious I had to share! To complete the meal, we made brown rice & quinoa and Summer roasted veggies!
